If you notify us of your cancellation request on the date of booking, the entire amount you paid will be refunded to your card. Our refund application for other cancellation requests is as follows;

• If your rental is less than 24 hours before the purchase Time or if the car is not taken without cancellation, a refund is made after deducting the 3-day rental fee.If your reservation is less than 3 days, no refund can be made.
• If your rental has more than 24 hours to purchase time, a refund is made after a deduction of 50 Turkish Lira.
• 1-day rental price is charged for delays exceeding 3 hours in the vehicle return process.
